What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to drive automation and deployment efficiency.
- Building and configuring Kubernetes environments for scalable, secure applications.
- Supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Implementing and managing monitoring tools to ensure performance and reliability.
- Managing code repositories and version control systems for streamlined collaboration.
- Partnering with development teams to align platform capabilities with project needs.
- Driving automation and optimisation initiatives across the engineering lifecycle.
- Ensuring the platform evolves securely and efficiently as systems and workloads scale.
Main Skills Needed
- 5+ years in Platform, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proven background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab).
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar.
- Solid knowledge of Git and repository management best practices.
- Strong scripting and automation mindset, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible for, or holding, UK Security Clearance.
