We're currently hiring for an Electrical CAD Designer (SC Cleared) to join a global leader of UK defence and intelligence. This is your chance to gain exposure to the most innovative and cutting-edge technological advancements in UK Defence and Intelligence!

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Produce electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Support the creation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Provide electrical engineering support to the team.
  • Develop component libraries for schematics.
  • Review electrical schematics per standards and CAD processes.
  • Maintain documents and drawings through changes.
  • Support other engineering functions from a mechanical drawing perspective.
  • Manage change notes and configuration management.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Candidates must have Live SC Clearance OR be eligible for SC Clearance, this is essential.
  • Full Driving License and Access to a vehicle.
  • Strong experience in Electrical CAD Design.
  • Knowledge of electrical Defence Standards such as Llyods Register, Def Stan 59-411, etc.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar.
