A growing managed cyber security services team is looking for a senior security specialist to take ownership of privileged access management and security tooling across a range of client environments.

This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will help protect critical systems, strengthen security operations, and shape how modern cyber services are delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the design, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of Cyber Ark environments across multiple client estates.
  • Lead PAM onboarding projects, from discovery and planning through to implementation and adoption.
  • Build secure privileged access processes covering vaulting, session management, secrets handling, and access controls.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with wider identity platforms including Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, and just‑in‑time access models.
  • Maintain and improve the wider security tooling landscape, including EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and email security platforms.
  • Support Zscaler ZIA/ZPA deployments and help strengthen zero‑trust security approaches.
  • Monitor tooling performance, identify gaps, and ensure platforms remain secure, reliable, and up to date.
  • Create automation solutions using scripting and APIs to improve security operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex security incidents and tooling challenges.
  • Produce clear documentation, technical standards, and operational guidance for internal teams and clients.
  • Support security reviews, client engagements, audits, and solution design activities.

Main Skills Needed

  • Strong hands‑on Cyber Ark experience, ideally with Cyber Ark Defender certification (Cyber Ark Sentry highly desirable).
  • Proven background in privileged access management, identity security, and security tooling engineering.
  • Experience working with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA and broader zero‑trust technologies.
  • Strong knowledge across security platforms including EDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and email security.
  • Advanced scripting skills using Power Shell, Python, or similar technologies for automation.
  • Experience with security operations, incident response, and troubleshooting complex environments.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with networking, endpoint management, compliance standards, and security audits.
  • Previous experience in an MSP, MSSP, or multi‑client environment would be beneficial.

What’s in It for You

  • Become the go‑to Cyber Ark and PAM specialist within a growing cyber security practice.
  • Work with a broad range of security technologies and complex client environments.
  • Access funded certification pathways, including Cyber Ark and Zscaler training.
  • Build your expertise within a team focused on innovation, automation, and modern security practices.
  • Opportunity to progress towards senior leadership roles such as Cyber Operations Lead or Solution Architecture.
  • Join a collaborative environment where your knowledge directly impacts client security outcomes.
