We're currently hiring for a CRM Executive to join a global hospitality group consisting of the largest hotel and restaurant chains in the UK and Germany.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Owning CRM workflows and deployment of multi-channel CRM activity across service, transactional and automation activities.
  • Support CRM initiatives and business requirements, including briefing and activity design processes.
  • Create highly targeted workflows using segmentations and data to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of CRM activities, utilising existing and new system capabilities.
  • Create and maintain triggered transactional communities.
  • Manage CRM inbox and resolve customer email delivery issues.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Experience using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Experience in personalised campaign creation and analysis.
  • Experience in campaign proposition briefing and development.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong CRM experience.

  • Salary: £150 - £250 per day Inside IR35
