We’re supporting a key public sector organisation as they deliver a range of business-critical transformation initiatives. These roles will play a central part in shaping requirements, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery across high-profile programmes.

Location: Westminster (2 days per week onsite)

Package: £500 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella Company)

Security Clearance: Active SC, UK Eyes Only clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across complex transformation programmes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvements, and define future-state operating models.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions to drive clarity and consensus.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, requirements, and impact assessments.
  • Support procurement and implementation activities for security-related technology platforms within one programme area.
  • Analyse and enhance employee lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows, within a separate business change initiative.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, delivery managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and strategic objectives.
  • Assist with change impact assessments and support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Central Government environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement expertise.
  • Experience working on large-scale business change or transformation programmes.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting procurement activities, technology implementations, or operational process redesign.
  • Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and delivery frameworks within the public sector.
  • Sole British nationality is essential.
