This growing managed services business supports organisations with smart, secure IT solutions that genuinely make a difference. They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships while driving new commercial growth across the portfolio.
Location: London (Hybrid Flex)
Cyber Security
- Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients across the full account lifecycle
- Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored IT solutions
- Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Building and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets
- Working closely with technical, project and support teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitoring account performance and providing clear commercial reporting to stakeholders
Proven experience in strategic account management and Cybersecurity technologies, services and solutions (Inclusive of SOC/SIEM, EDR, MDR, Security Assessments, GRC etc.)
- Consultative in approach, able to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to develop relationships and position new solutions that will add value.
- Confident new business development skills, with a commercial and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Solid sales fundamentals with a track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
