A leading digital services business is seeking an experienced Alliance Partnerships Manager to take ownership of key Microsoft-aligned accounts. This role sits at the intersection of IT consulting and Defence, focusing on strengthening partner relationships, driving commercial performance, and delivering complex, high-impact programmes.

Location: London-based, hybrid working
- Acting as the primary relationship lead across client stakeholders and Microsoft partner teams
- Ensuring digital programmes aligned to Microsoft technologies are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed standards
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, commercial performance, and cloud consumption targets
- Leading governance and service review meetings, providing clear reporting, action tracking, and performance insight
- Identifying delivery risks early and managing escalations across internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders
- Gathering feedback from clients and partners to drive service improvement and strengthen long-term account growth
- Contributing commercial insight, delivery planning, and partner intelligence into bids and co-sell opportunities
- Maintaining visibility of resource demand across programmes and supporting recruitment and capability planning
- Tracking budgets, burn rates, revenue performance, and contributing to forecasting and financial reporting
Strong experience managing enterprise-level client and Microsoft partner relationships
Solid understanding of commercial contract delivery within Microsoft-aligned frameworks
Confident running governance forums and performance reviews with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage risk, scope, and commercially sensitive escalations
Experience tracking financial performance, revenue targets, and cloud consumption models
Good working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Understanding of Microsoft licensing models and commercial constructs
Clear, confident communication skills — able to balance diplomacy with commercial clarity
Competitive day rate up to £600/day, Outside IR35
Exposure to strategic Microsoft partnerships and complex enterprise programmes
