This GCP Partner Sales role is responsible for executing the partner strategy in collaboration with leadership and driving progress toward annual partner goals. The role requires strong problem-solving, execution, thought leadership, and executive presence, enabling the individual to deliver on responsibilities while aligning with the organisation’s culture and values.

Package: £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Sales & Revenue – Partner Sales (GCP)
- Drive new business and portfolio growth through strategic partner alliances.
- Own partner sales locally/subregionally and develop qualified pipeline.
- Serve as partner SME for internal sales teams and introduce collaborative deals.
- Contribute to integrated account plans and co-sell initiatives.
- Enable partner training and best practices to grow joint accounts.
- Track and achieve territory/industry targets (pipeline, bookings, billing).
- Qualify opportunities, manage partner lead injection, and support marketing plans.
- Promote industry solutions, value maps, and tailored account POVs.
- Act as primary partner contact and build trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with Partner Development Managers and sales teams.
- Drive brand awareness through networking, campaigns, events, and account planning.
- Accelerate adoption of services through structured sales enablement.
- Develop local partnership plans aligned with account strategies.
- Track partner leads, new logo attribution, portfolio contributions, and partner revenue.
- Maintain partner status, pipeline governance, and reporting accuracy.
Preferred Competencies & Experience:
- 7+ years in partner management, technology sales, business development, or consulting selling GCP.
- Experience with Big Four or similar is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies (cloud, data, analytics, AI) and platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow).
- Proven GTM execution aligned with major cloud platforms; certifications preferred.
- Skilled in solving complex problems, influencing leadership, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external executives.
