As a Business Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of this transformation — turning complex requirements into clear, evidence-based recommendations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with educators, examiners, and operations teams to capture functional and technical requirements.
- Map the full assessment lifecycle — from learner registration to results and reporting.
- Define accessibility, compliance, safeguarding, and integrity needs across digital assessment journeys.
- Support a structured market scan of EdTech vendors, analysing features, delivery models, and scalability.
- Contribute to cost/benefit analysis, vendor scoring, and recommendations.
- Validate vendor claims against operational realities and help shape executive decision-making materials.
