Role Overview:

  • Location: London (3 days in office per week)
  • Package: £50,000 - £55,000 p/a + bonus and benefits
  • Industry: Managed Services / IT Services

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions that align with each client’s business needs.
  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through networking, events, industry engagement and online channels.
  • Work closely with technical, marketing and delivery teams to shape tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Lead the sales process from initial conversation through to negotiation and contract agreement.
  • Monitor account performance, revenue opportunities and pipeline activity.
  • Share market feedback and insights with internal teams to help refine services and offerings.
  • Deliver against sales targets while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients.

Main Skills Needed:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or sales within IT services or an MSP environment. Senior SDRs looking to move up are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of sales strategy and revenue growth.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and reporting.
