- Location: Bristol, Cheltenham, or Manchester (3-4 days onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and testing bespoke software solutions.
- Working across the full software lifecycle — from requirements gathering through to deployment and support.
- Building and deploying systems into secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and security.
- Using a range of open-source technologies and modern programming languages.
- Leading small teams or client engagements, depending on experience.
Main Skills Needed
- Strong background in backend or full-stack development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab).
- Must hold (or be eligible for) high-level UK security clearance — British passport and 5+ years’ residency required.
