Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 3rd line support across infrastructure, services, and user environments
  • Managing and resolving technical incidents, escalations, and monitoring alerts
  • Supporting patching, upgrades, and software installations across secure systems
  • Delivering desk-side and remote support to end users
  • Maintaining accurate ticket updates, incident records, and technical documentation
  • Supporting major incident processes and coordinating escalations where needed
  • Communicating outages, maintenance activity, and service updates to users
  • Assisting with endpoint provisioning, onboarding, and device management
  • Working closely with engineers and technical teams to improve support processes and service reliability

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and endpoint management tools including Intune
  • Experience supporting web-based applications and user environments
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • End-user device provisioning and onboarding experience
  • Good understanding of security best practices including MFA and Conditional Access
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Atlassian tools or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
