What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 3rd line support across infrastructure, services, and user environments
- Managing and resolving technical incidents, escalations, and monitoring alerts
- Supporting patching, upgrades, and software installations across secure systems
- Delivering desk-side and remote support to end users
- Maintaining accurate ticket updates, incident records, and technical documentation
- Supporting major incident processes and coordinating escalations where needed
- Communicating outages, maintenance activity, and service updates to users
- Assisting with endpoint provisioning, onboarding, and device management
- Working closely with engineers and technical teams to improve support processes and service reliability
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure/Entra, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of SharePoint and endpoint management tools including Intune
- Experience supporting web-based applications and user environments
- Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
- PowerShell scripting experience
- End-user device provisioning and onboarding experience
- Good understanding of security best practices including MFA and Conditional Access
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Atlassian tools or similar
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
