Role Overview
Location: Bracknell/Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high‑level technical support to hosted customers, handling complex issues from diagnosis through to resolution
- Deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting virtual and cloud‑based servers and environments
- Supporting both on‑site and remote users with a calm, professional approach
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, tools, and software across hosted platforms
- Working across teams and technologies to keep services running smoothly
- Logging, tracking, and managing incidents and requests through a ticketing system
- Mentoring junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
- Contributing to the improvement, documentation, and rollout of IT processes
Main Skills Needed
- Strong experience in IT support within hosted or cloud environments
- Azure and networking experience (essential)
- Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Experience supporting non‑technical end users remotely
