Role Overview:
- Location: Hybrid/Borehamwood. Office-based Mondays & Fridays, flexible mid-week (home or site)
- Package: £50,000- £55,000pa & benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the operational management of residential developments, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and regulatory standards.
- Oversee client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site teams and contractors to deliver high standards of maintenance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of major works projects and Section 20 processes, ensuring timelines, budgets, and communication are tightly managed.
- Support new contract mobilisations, coordinating with clients, finance, and operations to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain robust risk management and compliance processes, reporting and acting on any issues proactively.
- Drive financial performance across your developments — managing budgets, forecasting, and expenditure control.
- Lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver consistent service excellence and uphold company values.
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience managing residential developments or estates, ideally within property management.
- 5+ years of experience in a Block, Estate, Portfolio or Client Relationship Management Role.
- Strong knowledge of Section 20 legislation and experience overseeing major works.
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.
- MIRPM qualification desirable (or equivalent experience).
