Role Overview Location: Sunbury Package: Β£35,000 performance-related rewards Industry: Storage / Retail / Customer Service What You'll Be Doing: Support the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational performance across the site. Help lead and coach a small, motivated team β contributing to a positive and goal-driven culture. Convert customer enquiries into sales and assist in maximising occupancy through confident upselling. Deliver a top-tier customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist with day-to-day operations, safety, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly. Support with cash handling, invoicing, and basic financial administration. Keep the site looking sharp and on-brand at all times. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Step up to deputise for the Store Manager in their absence. Occasionally support with vehicle operations when required. Main Skills Needed: Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, storage, or hospitality. A natural people person with early leadership experience and a passion for developing others. Commercially aware with an understanding of sales targets and how to hit them. Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership when needed. Organised and tech-savvy β confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools. Must live within 30 minutes of Harrow.
