What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of a large-scale data and technology programme across multiple teams and business functions.
  • Bring together technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives and delivery plans.
  • Establish programme governance frameworks, delivery processes and reporting structures.
  • Drive the design phase of a strategic Master Data Management (MDM) initiative.
  • Support the definition of target-state architecture and future operating models.
  • Develop and manage a prioritised roadmap for domain rollout and implementation.
  • Facilitate decision-making across teams, ensuring dependencies, risks and issues are identified and managed effectively.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable delivery plans.
  • Monitor programme progress, ensuring outcomes are delivered at pace and to a high standard.
  • Foster collaboration across Digital, Technology and wider business functions.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex programmes spanning multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Strong background in programme management within technology, digital transformation or data-focused environments.
