What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering deep-dive player and customer analysis to uncover behavioural trends and commercial opportunities.
- Building customer cohorts and segmentation models to improve targeting, engagement and retention.
- Combining transactional, behavioural and digital journey data to create a clear picture of customer activity.
- Supporting marketing, product and commercial teams with insight-driven recommendations.
- Evaluating the impact and value of new product ideas, campaigns and optimisation initiatives.
- Designing and measuring experiments within a test-and-learn environment.
- Challenging assumptions and supporting senior stakeholders with evidence-backed analysis.
- Turning complex and unstructured questions into clear recommendations and actionable insight.
- Helping shape how analytics supports wider digital and commercial strategy.
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong background in data analytics within gaming, e-commerce, fintech or another fast-paced digital environment.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience handling and analysing large datasets.
- Experience using Python or R for advanced analytics and modelling.
- Proven expertise in segmentation, clustering and cohort analysis.
- Familiarity with digital analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Piano or Quantum Metric.
