Responsibilities:- Designing and delivering management development programmes for current and future leaders.
- Creating a clear, practical management framework that blends emotional intelligence, best practice and expected behaviours.
- Building and maintaining a self-serve learning hub with toolkits, guides and playbooks for managers.
- Working closely with People teams and Internal Comms to embed a culture of self-directed learning.
- Facilitating workshops, peer learning sessions and coaching to build core management capability.
- Supporting the development of coaching and mentoring schemes across the business.
- Regularly reviewing and evolving programmes to keep them relevant and effective.
- Partnering with Talent teams to shape assessment frameworks for aspiring managers.
- Ensuring all learning is inclusive, accessible and aligned to real business needs.
- Using digital platforms and emerging technology to scale learning and development impact.
- Proven experience developing managers in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong grounding in management and leadership development principles.
- Experience designing scalable, practical learning solutions.
- Confident facilitator and coach, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to create and curate engaging self-serve learning content.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A growth mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Viva Learning) and digital learning platforms.
