About the Role As the Managing Director – UK , you will oversee P&L management, customer delivery, and operational development for their UK operations in Norfolk and Hertfordshire. Your leadership will ensure that their processes align with industry best practices and that their services continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. In this role, you will: Lead and Develop Teams: Inspire and manage diverse teams to achieve operational excellence, focusing on margin improvement, cost management, and KPI performance. Drive Operational Efficiency: Optimise multiple distinct profit centres through automation, process improvement, and cost-per-unit analysis to grow profitability. Foster Customer Success: Build lasting client relationships by understanding customer needs, onboarding new clients, and optimising existing accounts. Innovate and Grow: Lead engineering innovations that enhance their competitive edge while delivering measurable value to clients.
