What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and supporting secure infrastructure for complex, high-availability platforms.
- Bridging IT and OT environments to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.
- Managing and optimising Windows Server and Red Hat Linux estates.
- Building and maintaining virtualised environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
- Overseeing IT assets, with automated monitoring and reporting baked in.
- Embedding cyber best practice, running vulnerability assessments, and meeting strict compliance standards.
Main Skills Needed:
- Solid background in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
- Proven use of virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and secure design.
- Exposure to regulated or high-assurance environments (defence experience a plus).
- Experience with asset management and monitoring/automation tools.
