As a Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and optimising the platforms that keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Configuring and managing Kubernetes environments for scalable, resilient applications.
- Supporting both on-premise and cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code.
- Implementing monitoring tools to track platform health and performance.
- Managing repositories and version control for collaboration and consistency.
- Driving automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Partnering with development teams to ensure platform capabilities align with needs.
- Providing technical guidance on best practices in platform use.
- Enhancing maintainability, security, scalability, and performance as systems evolve.
- Keeping up with industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proven expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Proficiency in Git and repository management.
- Track record of driving automation for efficiency and reliability.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance (UK Nationals only).
