Location: Bristol, Cheltenham, or Manchester (3-4 days office-based)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments.
- Building, scaling, and managing Kubernetes clusters, alongside tools like Docker and Helm.
- Automating processes for build, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Developing policies for compliance, security, and disaster recovery.
- Driving optimisation for performance, availability, and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team.
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong background in DevOps with hands-on cloud experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm and related technologies.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available systems.
- Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Eligible for high-level UK security clearance (British passport + 5 years residency).
