As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to guide delivery on a high-profile programme.
Location: Hybrid – Cheltenham

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking ownership of delivery for large-scale software projects within government and defence.
- Managing project planning, progress tracking, reporting and escalation where needed.
- Balancing agile and traditional project management to keep delivery on track.
- Building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders and customers.
- Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Adapting delivery methods to suit project needs, including agile and scaled agile frameworks.
- Actively contributing to the wider delivery community, sharing best practice and mentoring colleagues.
Main Skills Needed:
- Experience managing agile software projects, ideally within government or large organisations.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
- Commercial awareness covering budgets, risk and forecasting.
- Ability to build, support and lead high-performing teams.
- Eligible for high-level security clearance (British citizen, UK resident for the last 5 years).
