What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing end‑to‑end data architectures that support secure, mission‑critical environments
- Translating complex requirements into scalable, tailored data solutions
- Developing and embedding data strategy, governance, and best practice frameworks
- Leading delivery across modern data platforms and cloud‑based technologies
- Building proof‑of‑concept solutions and supporting innovation across data capability
- Working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Supporting the development of reusable frameworks, tools, and managed service offerings
- Applying secure‑by‑design principles in highly regulated environments
Main Skills Needed
- Strong background in data architecture, including modelling, integration, transformation, and migration
- Experience with data governance, metadata, and master data management
- Proven ability to support analytics environments and AI‑enabled solutions
- Strong data quality experience, including KPI definition and automated validation approaches
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS and/or Azure) such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, ADF, Synapse or equivalent
- Ability to operate in highly secure environments (active DV clearance required)
- Confident communicator with experience engaging technical and non‑technical stakeholders
