Operating Model Design Consultant This is a hands-on consulting role supporting the design and implementation of a Digital Operating Model within a complex Public Sector environment. You’ll turn digital strategy into practical structures, processes, governance and ways of working that make a real difference. Role Overview Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite Package: £450pd Inside IR35 Duration: 2-months initial with extension Industry: Public Sector / Digital Transformation Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS or have previously held BPSS clearance What You’ll Be Doing Design and shape Digital Operating Models across complex Public Sector organisations. Review existing structures, capabilities and processes, identifying where improvements can be made. Define how business teams interact with Digital, Technology and Delivery functions. Create a clear, consolidated view of digital demand across multiple business areas. Design demand management processes covering intake, assessment, prioritisation, approval and delivery. Build practical prioritisation frameworks, scoring approaches and governance mechanisms.
