- Research and identify prospective customers across online platforms, databases, social channels and industry networks.
- Build targeted prospect lists and uncover organisations that could benefit from the company’s technology services.
- Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails and social outreach, creating meaningful conversations around their business needs.
- Qualify leads by understanding their challenges, priorities and potential fit.
- Book high-quality meetings for the wider sales team and ensure prospects are handed over with the right information.
- Keep the CRM up to date, recording activity and maintaining accurate prospect data.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach, share market insight and support lead-generation activity.
- Track your activity and results, providing clear updates to your manager and using data to improve your approach.

- Experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales or similar business development role, ideally within IT or technology services.
