We’re looking for a Senior Service Consultant / Service Architect to join a specialist Service Consultancy team, working closely with MoD customers across major bids, service design and technology transformation. This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll act as an SME across service architecture, service management and service delivery, helping translate complex customer requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support and shape MoD bid and pre-bid activity
- Provide SME input across service architecture and service management
- Develop service models, design documentation and operational approaches
- Work closely with customers, partners and internal technical teams
- Support services across the full service delivery lifecycle
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in Service Architecture, Service Design, Service Management or Service Delivery
- Direct MoD experience – essential
- Experience contributing to MoD bids / pre-bid activity
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Experience producing service models, diagrams and supporting documentation
- ITIL certification – essential
- SAFe – desirable
You don’t need to be a deep technical architect, we’re looking for someone who understands how complex services are designed, integrated, operated and delivered.
