What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and coordinate software releases across multiple test environments
  • Build and improve automated deployment processes to increase efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline build and integration workflows
  • Define and implement consistent release management standards and best practices
  • Plan releases and ensure environments are available, stable, and ready when needed
  • Maintain and configure test environments, keeping documentation accurate and up to date
  • Develop dashboards to track software versions and release performance in real time
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across deployments
  • Support test data processes, including anonymisation of production datasets
  • Work closely with QA teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and support defect triage
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies
  • Monitor and report on release performance using KPIs
  • Coordinate downtime and communicate environment availability with stakeholders

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in release and environment management across on-prem and cloud platforms
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies (Java, Apache, Tomcat, APIs, web services)
  • Experience with Linux, AIX, and Windows environments
  • Solid understanding of databases (DB2, Oracle, MySQL) and SQL
