Role Overview

  • Location: London – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
  • Package: £Competitive per day (Inside IR35)
  • Industry: Consumer / Digital Transformation

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of strategic MarTech and customer experience transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Manage the implementation and migration of customer platforms, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs, governance documentation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal teams alongside external suppliers and delivery partners to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering groups, and regular updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Digital, Engineering, Architecture, Commercial, and PMO teams.
  • Support business readiness, change management, testing, deployment, and successful platform adoption.
  • Identify potential risks early, remove delivery blockers, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

Main Skills Needed

  • Proven experience delivering MarTech, CRM, Digital, or Customer Experience transformation programmes.
  • Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, manage significant cross-functional dependencies, and operate effectively across a large stakeholder landscape.
  • Seasoned Senior Programme Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strategic leadership with a multi-workstream delivery.
  • Strong background managing technology implementations, platform migrations, or customer data initiatives.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Exposure to commercial technology such as pricing, revenue management, or optimisation platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior business leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Skilled in project governance, planning, reporting, and risk management.
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, Bloomreach, Braze, or similar would be beneficial.
  • Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP, or PMP are advantageous.
