What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to test a wide range of products, from early research through to production-ready systems
  • Contribute as an active member of an Agile delivery team, shaping and improving ways of working
  • Review requirements and user stories, helping define clear acceptance criteria
  • Carry out exploratory testing across complex systems and applications
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend areas for manual or automated testing
  • Support non-functional testing requirements, including performance and reliability considerations
  • Communicate test outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained as products evolve from concept to live environments

Main Skills Needed:

  • Strong foundation in software testing with a genuine interest in quality assurance
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with exploratory testing approaches
  • Confident communicator, able to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Solid documentation and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with testing tools and test management platforms
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
