What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and inspections across the development.
- Take ownership of on-site tasks — from lighting and plumbing fixes to decoration and minor carpentry.
- Support risk management routines, ensuring safety checks and compliance logs are completed accurately.
- Supervise contractors, review RAMS, and issue work permits when needed.
- Record maintenance activities using internal systems and keep audit trails up to date.
- Work closely with managers, residents and contractors to ensure the site remains safe, clean and well maintained.
- Contribute to fire, water and plant room testing schedules, ensuring all results are properly documented.
Main Skills Needed
- Broad maintenance skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decoration).
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessments.
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions on the spot.
- Strong communication and basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
