As a key member of the PMO, you’ll work closely with the PMO Manager to ensure effective governance, streamlined processes, and high-quality reporting. You’ll play a central role in coordinating projects, driving consistency, and providing the insights needed for informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
- PMO Governance & Support
- Partner with the PMO Manager to maintain smooth day-to-day PMO operations
- Support and enhance project management frameworks, governance, and methodologies
- Ensure consistent use of templates, documentation, RAID logs, and change control processes
- Assist with audits, assurance activities, and compliance reviews
- Build and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance, risks, and resource utilisation
- Provide clear, data-driven insights across the project portfolio
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Support multiple projects and project managers to ensure smooth execution
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees (including minutes and follow-ups)
- Manage project resource planning, allocation, and forecasting
- Oversee change control processes and ensure timely progression of requests
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues that may impact delivery
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve PMO processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
- Experience with PMO tools such as MS Project, Jira, Power BI, ADO, or Wrike
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, AgilePM, P3O, PMI)
