What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end QA delivery across financial testing streams, from planning through to execution
- Own test strategies, estimates, and key artefacts aligned to project timelines
- Manage and mentor QA team members, supporting performance and workload allocation
- Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Run defect triage sessions, driving prioritisation and resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to maintain quality across integrations
- Review requirements and designs, providing a QA-focused perspective
- Perform detailed financial reconciliation across transactions, prize allocations, and reporting datasets
- Carry out complex Excel-based calculations to validate financial models and outcomes
- Investigate discrepancies and support root-cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement across QA processes and standards
