Job Description

Business Analyst

Join a global information management leader at the forefront of digital transformation. As part of a specialist consulting team, you’ll work closely with enterprise and government clients to shape how technology supports their operations — all while driving real-world outcomes through smart, structured business analysis.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Hybrid, London or Gloucester

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Gathering and analysing requirements to define system and process changes
  • Mapping business impact and identifying solutions aligned with wider project goals
  • Creating BA documentation to support process improvement and operational changes
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver and embed business transformation
  • Contributing to governance and transition checkpoints throughout project delivery
  • Assessing the success of transformation efforts and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Supporting ongoing reporting, risk assessment, and governance activity

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven Business Analysis experience across IT transformation programmes
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and contributing to operating model design
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting secure or government-led programmes
  • Confident in mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • UK security clearance (active and high-level) is essential
