What you\’ll be doing
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, onboarding, and candidate experience.
- Inclusive Hiring & EDI: Champion inclusive recruitment by minimising bias, promoting diverse shortlists, and supporting broader EDI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans with organisational needs, while managing secondments and early career programs.
- Strategic Talent Management: Build proactive talent pipelines, oversee hiring costs, and integrate market insights into recruitment strategies.
- Leadership & Culture: Model values and behaviours, prioritise health and safety, and embrace innovation and cost-conscious decision-making.

- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within the public sector or complex, safety-critical industries
- Skilled in developing and maintaining robust candidate pipelines across a variety of roles and seniority levels.
