Job Description

HR Business Partner – 9 month FTC

This global technology company is scaling fast — and they know that success depends on people. That’s where you come in. As their new HR Manager, you’ll be a key part of a growing, collaborative HR team, helping shape a people-first culture that supports long-term growth and transformation.

Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and resolve complex ER cases, from disciplinaries and grievances to restructures and redundancies
  • Influence and advise senior leaders on all things employee relations and organisational change
  • Drive compliance and best practice across employment law and internal policies
  • Develop and deliver ER strategies that support business goals and people outcomes
  • Lead and support change programmes with clear, effective communication
  • Spot trends and risks by analysing ER data — and act on them
  • Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business

Main Skills Needed:

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record managing complex ER issues
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Experience advising senior leadership and shaping ER strategy
  • Comfortable supporting transformation and business change
