We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to help drive the next stage growth within a start-up business. This role is suited for someone who has already operated at a senior level and is ready to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and drive product direction that aligns with real customer and business needs.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Communicate clearly with technical and commercial audiences.
- Champion the user perspective to ensure products solve real-world problems.
- Use data, research and market insights to prioritise, validate and guide impactful decisions.
- Take full ownership of product delivery, from strategy to launch.
- Proactively anticipate risks, remove blockers and keep execution tightly aligned to goals.
Required Experience & Background:
- Minimum 10 years in product roles, with a proven track record of progression into senior product leadership positions.
- Already operating at a senior level — this is not a step-up role.
- Experience working in high-growth technology environments, with AI or ML-based products.
- Thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments and embraces ambiguity.
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge of Computer Graphics and Computer Vision.
- Proven experience in an individual contributor role.
