Role Overview:

  • Location: Dunstable, 3 days onsite a week
  • Package: £250-£300pd Inside IR35
  • Industry: Hospitality / Customer Marketing
  • 3-month contract Inside IR35 (Potential to make permanent)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across email and other channels
  • Support the development and delivery of lifecycle and BAU communications
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand and data teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage campaign workflows, ensuring timelines are realistic and met
  • Own QA processes to ensure accuracy across data, content and delivery
  • Work closely with technical teams to optimise CRM system usage and capabilities
  • Brief internal and external creative teams to deliver engaging campaign assets
  • Track campaign performance and ensure activity aligns with business goals
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, performance and engagement

Main Skills Needed:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign or similar)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and campaign delivery
  • Experience working with analytics tools to assess campaign performance
  • High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
  • Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improvement
  • Basic HTML and multi-channel CRM experience (desirable)
