Experiential And Sponsorship Director – Experiential Operations Team

Role Overview:

  • Location: Orpington (hybrid)
  • Package: Β£60,000, with strong performance incentives
  • Industry: Experiential / Live Events / Brand Activation

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business across experiential and live events by leveraging your own network of brand and agency contacts.
  • Brand Activation, Live events and developing sponsorship deals.
  • Opening doors, leading pitches, and owning the full sales process from first meeting to conversion.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy, track performance, and manage commercial reporting.
  • Experience with planning, execution and measuring the results. Collaborating with creative and production teams to bring strategic, commercially viable proposals to life.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in business development within experiential and live events.
  • Experience with developing strategies for the growth of global brands through experiential marketing, partnerships and sponsorship deals.
  • Strong experience with planning, execution and measuring the results.
  • Strong industry network – especially on the brand and agency side.
  • A confident seller with a strategic mindset and natural charisma in the room.
  • Experience leading pitches, managing pipelines, and winning new briefs.
