What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage the roadmap for a suite of data, BI and AI products, ensuring alignment with wider business goals
- Lead and support a cross-functional delivery team, setting best practice across agile and waterfall approaches
- Prioritise and maintain a dynamic backlog of initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic projects
- Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, finance and operations to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping through to deployment and user adoption
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and compliance across all outputs
- Drive a data-led culture by promoting self-service analytics, training and user engagement initiatives
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in product ownership and delivery within data, analytics or AI environments
- Confident working with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and reporting platforms like Power BI
- Solid understanding of data engineering, analytics and insight generation
- Ability to lead, mentor and bring teams together to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Awareness of data governance, privacy and regulatory considerations
- Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or similar) are advantageous
