Role Overview:
- Location: London (Hybrid working)
- Package: £60,000 per annum + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and coordinate the annual business planning and budgeting process across Corporate Affairs.
- Support the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in driving strategic priorities and departmental efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation, procurement, and budget tracking to ensure effective delivery.
- Act as the central link between Corporate Affairs and key teams including Finance, Legal and Procurement.
- Oversee cross-functional projects from concept to delivery — keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, performance, and business outcomes.
- Prepare senior leadership presentations, board updates, and department communications.
- Facilitate team operations — from meeting management to driving action plans and initiatives.
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in project management, business planning or operational leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability — comfortable with data and insight-led decision-making.
