What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Agile delivery across complex, secure programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality outcomes
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams to continuously improve performance and delivery standards
  • Remove blockers and manage risks to keep delivery on track within fast-paced environments
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and ensure transparency
  • Support teams in planning, forecasting and delivering against agreed objectives
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Track delivery metrics and use insights to optimise team performance and outcomes
  • Ensure governance, reporting and delivery standards are met within a secure government setting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering and business stakeholders

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience delivering within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
  • Experience leading delivery within complex, regulated or secure environments
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and team leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of delivery metrics, reporting and continuous improvement practices
  • Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is essential
