What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Agile delivery across complex, secure programmes, ensuring consistent and high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams to continuously improve performance and delivery standards
- Remove blockers and manage risks to keep delivery on track within fast-paced environments
- Work closely with stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and ensure transparency
- Support teams in planning, forecasting and delivering against agreed objectives
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Track delivery metrics and use insights to optimise team performance and outcomes
- Ensure governance, reporting and delivery standards are met within a secure government setting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering and business stakeholders
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience delivering within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
- Experience leading delivery within complex, regulated or secure environments
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and team leadership skills
- Strong understanding of delivery metrics, reporting and continuous improvement practices
- Active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is essential
