Building trusted relationships and helping clients get the most from their technology, that’s what this role is all about. You’ll be working with corporate businesses, guiding them through transformational IT and telecoms solutions while driving growth and long-term partnerships.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Remote-based with travel to customers
  • Package: £45,000- £55,000 per annum, Double OTE & Car Allowance.
  • Industry: Managed Services & IT Consulting

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Nurturing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients at the C-suite level.
  • Understanding client needs, industry trends, and business drivers to spot opportunities.
  • Developing tailored solutions across telecoms, connectivity, cloud, and IT services.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless support and service.
  • Creating and maintaining account plans to track growth, retention, and performance.
  • Consistently hitting sales and retention targets through proactive account management.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Clean driving licence and access to a car are essential. Based in the North or North West, preferably.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager with good tenures at previous employers.
  • Proven track record selling IT/telecoms solutions into large organisations.
  • Background in building long-term relationships with clients with 300+ user bases.
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing C-level decision makers.
  • Commercially sharp and results-driven individual.
  • Confident user of MS Office; experience with Salesforce/HubSpot is a plus.
