A fast-growing tech company in South West London is seeking an Account Executive with a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into revenue opportunities.
  • Running full sales cycles, from first contact to close, across SMB accounts.
  • Proactively generating new business through outreach, follow-ups, and campaign engagement.
  • Managing a portfolio of small to mid-size clients, driving retention, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management in HubSpot and forecasting performance.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Championing a high-performance, collaborative sales culture built on data, pace, and precision.

Main Skills Needed:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (HR/Rec tech, SaaS, or professional services ideal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple short-cycle deals and maintain a strong conversion rate.
  • Skilled communicator with consultative selling and presentation experience.
  • Commercially driven, organised, and confident meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to create genuine client value.
