We are currently recruiting for a telecommunications company for the role of 2nd Line Support. What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access tools, documentation, knowledge bases, and hands-on experience
  • Ensure all responses and resolutions meet agreed service level targets
  • Progress support tickets efficiently and escalate when issues exceed current expertise or authority

Main Skills/Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working on a Service Desk at both first and second line support levels
  • Background in network engineering with practical, real-world application
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in cellular network environments
