WORKSCOPE
Based in our Middlesbrough Office you will provide Civil and Structural Design services for a process sector upgrade project in the UK.
Services to be Provided
- Produce detailed civil and structural drawings and 3D models
- Develop GA drawings, fabrication details and construction deliverables
- Utilise Tekla Structures for 3D modelling and detailing
- Work closely with engineers, project managers and other disciplines
- Review design packages for constructability and installation efficiency
- Support design reviews, technical queries (TQs) and site-based issues
- Assist with scope development and design deliverables for project phases
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a Civil & Structural Design role within the UK onshore design engineering/project management sector
- Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (essential requirement)
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools
- Background in UK onshore process sector - chemical, energy or industrial sectors (essential)
- Good understanding of UK design standards and construction practices
- HNC/HND or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
