As a Digital Marketing Executive at Addison Lee, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic digital strategy, playing a key role in boosting engagement, driving bookings, increasing app downloads, and generating high-quality leads across both B2C and B2B audiences. Collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, our digital agency partners, and the broader marketing team, you’ll execute impactful paid and organic campaigns that will elevate our brand’s presence.

Reporting Lines
This role reports to Digital Marketing Manager
Main Accountabilities
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital strategies in line with the overall business goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns across paid and organic platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Work with external brands and influencers to create partnerships for competitions and collaborations.
- Work with our digital agency to plan social media activity and creative while monitoring performance and ensuring best practice.
- Assist with content creation such as blog posts, webpage updates, user-generated content (UGC), and digital marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Support and execute SEO best practices on the website and app stores.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with monthly tracking, reporting, and campaign management.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as commercial, product, and design to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Skills And Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in digital, marketing, business, or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with app marketing and Firebase reporting preferable but not essential.
Benefits
