About the Role
As a key member of our Fleet Team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections across our fleet. This is also a customer‑facing role, so you will play an important part in representing the business and upholding our high standards of service and professionalism.
Location: West Drayton
Reporting Lines: This role reports to the Asset Manager
Main Accountabilities:
- Inspecting vehicles and recording evidence of any damage
- Customer facing role delivering customer service in a fast-paced environment to our internal and external clients
- Prioritising workload to ensure effective and efficient running of the department
- Ensuring our fleet systems are updated with the correct information
- Dealing with in-house software systems
- Ensuring health and safety is adhered to whilst moving vehicles on site

- Fleet Department
- Logistics Department
- Insurance Department
Hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00 to 18:00 (Flexibility to work some Saturdays)
About you:
- You will have a Full UK driving licence
- Confident using IT systems including our inspection tablets
- Some knowledge of vehicle damage is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
